Artist Market Fair

This is an artist market fair held November 18-19, 2023, with Saturday morning load-in from 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM. The application deadline is October 10, 2023, with jury selection on October 11-12 and acceptance notifications on October 13, 2023. Artists must accept invitations and purchase booth space by November 1, 2023. A waitlist will be released November 5, 2023.

The fair accepts work in the following categories: 2-D Mixed Media, 3-D Mixed Media, Ceramics, Digital Art, Drawing & Printmaking, Fiber, Glass, Handcrafted, Jewelry, Metal, Painting, Photography, Sculpture, and Wood & Furniture. Prohibited items include t-shirts and commercial clothing, posters, manufactured toys, commercially manufactured or reproduced items, jewelry made from more than 50% manufactured components, and items using commercially available molds or patterns. All artwork must be original, handmade, and created by the exhibitor, with original art occupying at least 50% of the artist's booth space.

The Jury will award exhibitors based on technical ability, originality of the art, and quality of booth display. Awards include Best of Show (Fine Arts), Best of Show (Crafts), 1st Place, 2nd Place, 3rd Place, two Honorable Mentions, and Best Booth. Exhibitors must provide their own displays using white top tents of EZ UP quality or higher, weighted with professional weights of minimum 45-50 lbs per tent leg. Artists must be present and operational for the duration of the festival. Only individual artists or two-person collaborative artists are permitted. The event is rain or shine with no refunds for cancellations less than 60 days prior or for no-shows.
