ARTfest on Main 2026

ARTfest on Main is a juried fine art and fine craft festival held on the last weekend of August in Springboro's Historic District. The show takes place on Main Street and features a highly curated lineup of exceptional fine art and fine craft, including painting, sculpture, pottery, leather, wood, photography, textiles, glass, and other disciplines. The event is free admission and held rain or shine, with public hours from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday, August 29, 2026. Street jury begins at 9:30 AM, and artists must be open and presentation-ready.

Springboro and its surrounding communities rank among the highest income per capita areas in Ohio and within the top 40 nationally, drawing an affluent audience that values and collects art. The festival features tastefully selected live music, quality food options, and outstanding artist hospitality. Amenities include convenient parking, free artist lunch, booth sitters, and support from an all-volunteer team.

Eligibility: All work must be original, designed, and executed by the accepted artist. Mass-produced, buy/sell, or manufactured work is not permitted. Agents, dealers, galleries, or representatives are not permitted. Prohibited items include postcards, posters, calendars, books, apparel, novelty items, and commercially produced merchandise. Prints and mechanical reproductions must be disclosed and signed/numbered, with some original work displayed. Photography offset reproductions may not exceed 25% of booth display. Booths must be professional in appearance with a sturdy white canopy, secured with a minimum of 40 lbs of weight per tent leg (no stakes permitted). Maximum display height is 12 feet. Artists must be present during all official show hours; early teardown is not permitted without approval. Application fee: $35. Up to 2 applications may be submitted. Emerging artists are accepted. Application deadline: May 12, 2026. Jury period: May 13-30, 2026. Notification date: June 1, 2026. Purchase deadline: July 20, 2026.
