ARTfest on Main 2025

The ARTfest on Main will be presented in the charming Springboro Historic District with gorgeous tree-lined streets and beautiful historic buildings. The ARTfest is held ON Main Street instead of the side streets, adding more space, organization, and charm to the event. Returning for 2025, Dinner On Main, a farm-to-table event, will be held down the center of Main Street in conjunction with Artfest on Main. This will be a high-ticket dinner that begins after the show.

This is a juried fine art and fine craft show held on August 23, 2025, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Street jury starts at 9:30 am on Saturday, so artists must be open for business. Artist amenities include parking, easy access to the booth, free lunch, booth sitters if needed, and assistance from friendly all-volunteer staff. The show features a tasteful selection of high-quality original works, including paintings, sculptures, pottery, leather, woodcrafts, photography, textiles, glass art, and other fine arts. Admission is free, and this outdoor event is held rain or shine.

Application fee is $30 (non-refundable). Booth fees are $125 for 10x10 and $225 for 10x20. Awards include $500 best in show and $250 Honorable Mention, with award winners receiving a free booth for the 2026 ARTfest On Main. Artists must provide their own white tents and displays, with 40-pound+ weights required for tent security. No electrical or running water is available. All work must be designed and executed by the accepted artist(s), with no mass-production or manufactured work permitted. Artists retain 100% of their sales and are responsible for collecting applicable sales taxes.
