Arte Club Youth Seeks Applicants

Arte Mexicano en Indiana and Indiana Latino Arts’ Arte Club Youth program is an immersive arts initiative serving 20 Latino High School students in Central Indiana interested in pursuing careers in visual arts. Participants meet with youth artist team leaders once a month to visit arts institutions in Indianapolis, such as Newfields, the Eiteljorg Museum, the Indiana State Museum and more. Each visit includes an artist-led presentation and workshop with Q&A, as well as a tour of the venue. Youth in the program learn about the local Latino artist community through the perspective of their Latino peers.
