Artclectic 2025

Artclectic is a vibrant celebration of art and community at University School of Nashville. This annual fundraiser embodies the school's commitment to originality, creativity, and outreach, along with support of dedicated faculty. Now in its 29th year, Artclectic continues to showcase an assortment of both established and emerging artists in a lively setting. The school gym is professionally transformed into a sleek, modern gallery space with black carpeting, black drapes, suspended black panels, and professional lighting. Since 1997, artists have sold almost $5.5 million worth of art, with record sales achieved in each of the past three years.

This juried exhibition features about 55 artists displaying work across 14 media categories including ceramics, digital art, drawing, fiber, glass, graphics and printmaking, jewelry, metal, mixed media 2D and 3D, painting, photography, sculpture, and wood. Each artist receives between one and three rectangular panels (4' x 8') professionally hung from the ceiling, with shelving and tables provided if needed. The show runs October 23-25, 2025, with events including an artist welcome dinner, Patrons Party, Education Day, and community activities.

A non-refundable jury fee of $50 is due with application, and Artclectic retains 30% of all sales. Artist amenities include onsite security, professional lighting, extensive marketing support, help with load-in and setup, hospitality suite with meals, and all sales processing. All work must be original and handcrafted, for sale, and artists must be 21 or older. Applications require 5 high-resolution images of recent work representing the style intended for exhibition.
