Art Works Downtown Studio Artists Exhibition

Art Works Downtown seeks to showcase artwork by Studio Artists for a pop-up exhibition to celebrate the renovated 1337 Gallery. This is a juried exhibition with jurors Donna Seager and Suzanne Gray of Seager/Gray Gallery, Mill Valley California.

Eligibility is limited to AWD Studio Artists only. Entry is free. Submit three of your best works via CaFE.org for the jurors to select from. Requirements: original artwork only (no giclees or reproductions), artwork must not have previously exhibited in the 1337 Gallery, and size must not exceed 6' x 6'. Work samples may include up to 3 images and/or 3 videos, with a minimum of 1 total sample required.

Timeline: Entries due January 20 at 11:59 p.m. MST via CallForEntry.org. Notification by email January 26 or 27. Accepted work delivery: February 4, 11am-4pm at Art Works Downtown, 1337 Fourth St., San Rafael. Reception: February 10, 5-8pm. Unsold artwork pickup: February 25, 10am-4pm. Art Works Downtown accepts a 40% donation upon sale. Artists are responsible for retrieving unsold work; works remaining after 30 days will become property of Art Works Downtown and storage fees of $1.00 per day will apply.
