About This Call
Old Walls Gallery invites artists to explore questions about wealth and power in their upcoming exhibition Art the Rich. The show asks: Who are these billionaires and their allies? How did they get so rich? Why do they control so much of our experience? What are the consequences? What can we do about it?
Old Walls Gallery is a fully independent gallery located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It is not bound by donors, boards, deliverables, or landlords. The space is dedicated to asking hard questions and finding radical creative answers. All artists are welcome to apply; art of any media will be considered.
Entry Deadline: October 1, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. MDT. Entry fee: $30.00. Media fee: $10.00. Artists may submit 1-3 work samples total, which can include up to 3 images, 3 audio files, or 3 videos. Exhibition dates to be announced. All artists with any media are eligible to apply.
