Art that Tells Stories (Online Exhibition)

Las Laguna Gallery is seeking submissions from artists creating works of art that tell stories. Works can be open-ended, allowing viewers to draw their own conclusions, or designed to tell a specific story. Artworks may relay anecdotes, narratives, plotlines, or parables.

Acceptable mediums include acrylic, airbrush, alcohol ink, ceramics, charcoal, collage, color pencil, computer art, digital art, digital photography, drawings, encaustic, fiber arts, glass art, graphite, gouache, illustration, mixed media, new media, oil, pastel, pen and ink, photo assemblage, printmaking, sculpture, traditional photography, video, and watercolor. Submissions must include 1-20 images. Entry fee is $31.00, with an additional $2.00 per image beyond the first.

All artists who submit will be accepted and have at least one submitted work posted and promoted on the gallery's website and client list. Notification of acceptance is September 29, 2023. The exhibition runs October 5-28, 2023. Commission split is 65% artist, 35% gallery. Open to all local, national, and international artists.
