The event is held each year at the Gordon Jewish Community Center and attracts hundreds of people interested in enjoying and purchasing art. Preview Night is March 20th at 4pm, with the show running Saturday, March 21 at 10:00am through Sunday, March 22 at 10:00am (show close).
Artists must submit 8 images of artwork, with a booth image recommended. The application fee is $25, with acceptance notifications sent by February 1, 2026, and booth fees due by February 28, 2026. Booth options include 2 panel booths at $50, 4 panel booths at $100, 5 panel booths at $125 (limited quantities), and jewelry/crafts tables (two 8' tables) at $100. White peg boards are supplied for hanging art, along with hanging hardware, electricity, and power strips, though artists must supply their own lighting.
The Gordon JCC handles all checkout and payment activities, accepting major credit cards, checks, and cash. Artists receive 70% of their gross sales approximately two weeks after the show, with 30% supporting Gordon JCC programs. The event features local media coverage, television, social media promotion, and over 3,000 print invitations, plus complimentary breakfast and lunch for participating artists.
