About This Call
Art on the Wabash is a juried art fair presented by The Art Museum of Greater Lafayette, taking place Sunday, September 27, 2026, 10 am - 4 pm at Tapawingo Park in West Lafayette, Indiana. The fair will feature approximately 45 regional artists, live music, food trucks, beverages, and children's activities. Admission and parking are free. The fair will take place rain or shine. This is the 19th Art on the Wabash.
Eligible artists must be 18 or older and reside in one of the following Indiana counties: Benton, Boone, Carroll, Cass, Clinton, Fountain, Howard, Jasper, Montgomery, Newton, Pulaski, Tippecanoe, Tipton, Warren, or White, or have participated in Art on the Wabash before. Artists may apply with work in ceramics, glass, wood, jewelry, metal, fiber, photography, pastel, acrylic, oil, watercolor, mixed media, and other media if approved. Work must be original, made by the artist in the past 5 years, and be for sale. Reproductions such as prints may be offered in bins. Artists may apply in more than one medium but must be juried in for each medium and pay the $25 application fee for each. Submit 5-6 images of your artwork plus one booth shot if available. Up to 3 applications are allowed per artist.
The fair is juried by a professional member of the art community outside the 15-county area, with selection based on originality, creativity, and quality. Awards include Best in Show ($300), 2nd Place ($200), 3rd Place ($100), and People's Choice Award ($100), selected on the day of the fair. Booth size is 10' x 10' with a $50 fee due upon acceptance. A limited number of tents are available to rent for $50. Entry deadline is May 31, 2026. Juror selections will be announced by June 25, 2026.
