About This Call
Art on the Wabash is a juried art fair taking place Sunday, September 28, 2025, 10 am - 4 pm at Tapawingo Park in West Lafayette, Indiana. Presented by The Art Museum of Greater Lafayette, the fair will feature approximately 45 regional artists, live music, food trucks, beverages, and children's activities. Admission and parking are free. The fair will take place rain or shine. This is the 18th Art on the Wabash.
Eligible artists must be 18 or older and reside in one of the following Indiana counties: Benton, Boone, Carroll, Cass, Clinton, Fountain, Howard, Jasper, Montgomery, Newton, Pulaski, Tippecanoe, Tipton, Warren, or White, or have participated in Art on the Wabash before. Artists can apply in media including ceramics, glass, wood, jewelry, metal, fiber, photography, pastel, acrylic, oil, watercolor, mixed media, and others (if approved). Work must be original, made by the artist in the past 5 years, and be for sale. Reproductions such as prints may be offered in bins. Artists may apply in more than one medium but must be juried in for each and pay the application fee for each.
Applications are accepted March 15 - May 31. The entry fee is $25 per application. Submit 5 images of your artwork plus one booth shot if available. Booth size is 10' x 10' with a $50 fee to be paid upon acceptance. A limited number of tents are available to rent for $50. The fair is juried by a professional member of the art community outside the 15-county area, with selections based on originality, creativity, and quality. Juror decisions will be announced by June 25. Awards include Best in Show ($300), 2nd Place ($200), 3rd Place ($100), and People's Choice Award ($100), selected on the day of the fair.
