Art on the Rockies 2026

Art on the Rockies is a scenic, summer, upscale art market in the Vail Valley located in Edwards, CO, 8 miles from Vail and 2 miles from Beaver Creek and Avon. The three-day fine art festival runs Friday July 10 through Sunday July 12, 2026, from 10 am to 5 pm each day. Now in its 16th year, the festival was voted the best festival in Colorado by artists in 2022 and attracts more than 8,000 seasonal and year-round residents and tourists. The festival showcases 85 fine artists from around the country, with admission free to the public.

The jury is conducted by a panel of three art professionals, plus a judge specific to jewelry. Each juror assigns points from 1-5 for each five-image presentation based on excellence in concept, quality, workmanship, and aesthetics. Up to 85 artists will exhibit, with a wait list maintained for each category. Notification of jury results will be sent via email through Zapp on a rolling basis concluding April 3rd, 2026.

Exhibit fees are $700 for a single booth space (10x10) and $1400 for a double space (20x10), with an additional $100 for corner placement. All booth fees are due June 1st, 2026. Each exhibitor receives an outdoor space on asphalt and must provide their own tents, tables, and display materials. Booth setup is Thursday, July 9th and Friday before 9am. Artists must be present for the entire 3-day festival and all work must be original, designed and produced by the exhibiting artist.
