About This Call
The City of Greenwood Village presents the 6th Annual Art on the Green Art Fair, Saturday and Sunday September 13th and 14th, 2025. What started as a one-off event during the pandemic has now grown into an annual community favorite. Taking place on the grassy terrain of Curtis Park in Greenwood Village, the 6th annual Art on the Green will feature 100 Colorado artists working in many different mediums. The event will feature live entertainment, food, drinks, and interactive experiences, while the focus of the fair itself is to promote artist sales. The event is conveniently situated at the corner of University Ave and Orchard Road with ample, accessible parking for all attendees. Art on the Green is free to attend and open to the public.
This call is open to any artist residing in Colorado that shows and sells artwork that is original in nature. Each application must include at least five digital photographs of the work you plan on displaying at the fair. Each artist must pay a nonrefundable $25 application fee. Artists can share a booth with up to one other artist, with both artists needing to be accepted through the jury process. Applicants must be 18 years or older. Booth space (10'x10') for the two-day event is $250, with larger booth space available for an additional charge upon request.
Every year, AOTG invites three highly respected, credentialed art professionals to participate as members of the jury panel. Working independently, jurors evaluate each application without knowing the identity of the artist through a blind jury process. Jurors assess applications by reviewing digital photographs and artist statements, reflecting on aesthetic merit, originality, technical proficiency, and marketability. Accepted media categories include 2-D and 3-D Mixed Media, Basketry, Ceramics, Drawing, Fiber/Leather, Glass, Jewelry, Metal, Painting (Acrylic/Oil and Watercolor/Pastel), Printmaking, Photography/Digital Art, Sculpture, and Wood.
