Art on Main - Memorial Day Weekend 2025

Join us for the 10th annual Art on Main, celebrating the region's finest artists in historic downtown Brigham City on Friday & Saturday, May 23-24, 2025. This free two-day festival features a fine art show with cash prizes, plein air competition, chalk art contest, photography exhibit, live music and dance performances, artisan vendor marketplace, food trucks, and street entertainment. Most events are free and open to the public, with premium front-row concert seating available for purchase for the Friday evening live concert.

The festival includes multiple venues and competitions: Fine Art Show & Sale at Hive on Main with Professional, Amateur, and Student divisions in Oil/Acrylic, Watercolor, Drawings, and Mixed Media categories; Historic Box Elder Plein Air contest throughout Box Elder County; Chalk Art Contest on Saturday in Artisan Alley East; Birds of Bear River Photography Exhibit featuring bird, wildlife, and landscape photography; and Main Street Performing Arts Stage with live concerts and local performances at the Historic Box Elder County Courthouse Parking Lot.

Artists must submit applications by May 15th for timely processing, with vendors needing to apply by May 13th to meet Brigham City licensing deadlines. May 18th is the hard deadline for festival applications. Entry fees vary by category: Fine Art Show ranges from $10-25 per piece, Plein Air initial stamping fee is $25, and Chalk Art Contest is $10 per team/person. Outdoor artisan booths are $30, indoor booths are $45, and food vendors range from $75-150. New artists must submit up to 5 images to [email protected] for jury review, while returning artists are exempt from jury requirements.
