About This Call
Palestine Heritage and Culture invites artists to submit artwork for the exhibition Art of Palestine: Struggles & Hopes. This exhibit celebrates the vibrant heritage and resilience of the Palestinian people through art. The exhibition is open to all local, national, and international artists aged 18 and above from all backgrounds. In addition to juror-selected artwork, visitors will enjoy music and traditional dabke performances.
Accepted media includes painting, multimedia, sculpture, embroidery, photography, and audiovisual works. All artwork must be original and created by the artist, completed within the past 5 years, and align with the exhibit's theme. For 2D works, maximum dimensions are 6 feet in any direction (including frame) with a 50 lb weight limit. For 3D works, maximum dimensions are 6.5' x 2.5' x 10' with a 200 lb weight limit. Audiovisual works should be submitted as private YouTube links. Submission requires 1-4 images (JPEG, 200KB–3MB for 2D works; two images for 3D works). The application is free. Artwork may be offered for sale with a 30% commission or displayed for free. The exhibit will consider the first 100 applicants in the initial phase.
