Art. Life. Design: The Way We Live

Art League RI is accepting submissions for "Art. Life. Design: The Way We Live," a national exhibition open to artists 18 years and older. All 2D and 3D media are eligible. Artwork must be original, exhibition-ready, and appropriate for viewers of all ages. Previously exhibited work with ALRI, reprints, and copied work are not permitted. Artwork should not exceed 50 lbs and must be properly prepared for hanging without saw-tooth hangers or clips.

Submission Requirements: Submit 1-3 images of your work. Entry fee is $30 for the first piece and $5 for each additional piece (up to 3 total). Art League RI members with current dues may request a 15% discount code by contacting Nancy Mendes at [email protected]. All fees are non-refundable and must be paid by credit/debit card. The entry deadline is October 25, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. MDT. Jurying takes place October 21-27, 2024, with accepted artists announced by October 31, 2024.

Selected works will be exhibited at Art League RI Gallery and Hallway Gallery, 80 Fountain Street, Suite 107A, Pawtucket, RI 02860 from November 23, 2024 through January 18, 2025. Drop-off is available November 15, 16, and 18, 2024 by appointment. Opening reception is November 23, 2024, 5:30-7:30 p.m.; closing reception is January 18, 2025, 5:30-7:30 p.m. Pick-up is January 18 or 20-23, 2025 by appointment. Awards: 1st Place $300, 2nd Place $200, 3rd Place $100, and 2 Honorary Mentions. All works must be for sale unless approved otherwise by the Gallery Coordinator. ALRI retains a 30% commission from members and 40% from non-members; artists receive payment within 30 calendar days after the exhibition closes.
