Art League of Hilton Head 2025 Biennale

Art League of Hilton Head invites entries for the 2025 Biennale, its 29th National Juried Exhibition held every other year. The exhibition features multiple media types including Oil, Acrylic, Pastel, Watercolor, Photography, Mixed Media, and Three-Dimensional work. Over $5,000 in cash prizes will be awarded. All accepted works will be displayed at Art League Gallery inside the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. The exhibition runs May 13 - June 13, 2025, with an Awards Reception on May 16, 2025, from 5-7 pm.

Eligibility: Open to US visual artists 18 years or older. Each artist may enter up to five pieces of original artwork created within the last three years and never previously accepted into an Art League of Hilton Head juried show. Only one piece per artist will be accepted into the show. Entries are non-refundable. Entry fee is $35.00 with an additional $10.00 media fee. Artwork must be original in concept, composition, and execution; giclées and jewelry are not acceptable. All exhibited work must be for sale, and Art League of Hilton Head retains a 40% commission on all sales.

Submission Requirements: Submit 1-5 digital images. Jury selection occurs April 1-9, 2025, with notification on April 12, 2025. All works must be quality framed and protected by Plexiglas (glass only for pastels). 2D pieces must not exceed 60" x 60" including frame or weigh more than 30 pounds. Sculptures and three-dimensional work must not exceed 48" x 48" x 48" or weigh more than 30 pounds. Accepted artworks can be hand-delivered May 10-11, 2025, from 12-4 pm or shipped by Friday, May 9.
