About This Call
Art in the Park, Loveland is celebrating its 58th annual festival and is recognized as a leading show in the industry and a large part of the cultural fabric of the vibrant Loveland art scene. The festival participates every year in THE WEEKEND OF ART, along with the internationally acclaimed Sculpture in the Park. The event is a world-class celebration of the visual arts featuring The Gallery of FINE ARTISANS and The Market of FINE ARTS AND CRAFTS. The festival takes place at North Lake Park in Loveland, Colorado on August 9-10, 2025, with load-in on Friday, August 8th from 9am-5pm.
The festival offers booth spaces in two main categories: The Gallery for fine art (all mediums, original work only) with booth fees ranging from $475-$550, and The Market for fine arts and crafts (including artisan crafts, home grown items, honey, herbs, plants, handmade soaps, lotions, and functional pottery) with booth fees starting at $400. All work must be original and created by the artist - no machine-made or mass-produced work is permitted. Artists must submit 4 images (3 of individual work pieces and 1 booth/display image) and pay a $25 non-refundable application fee.
A special Young Entrepreneurs Program is available for emerging artists age 21 or under, offering free booth space (Thompson Valley Art League pays the booth fee) for 5 selected artists who pass the jury process. The festival provides 24-hour security Friday through Sunday, but no electricity is available except for food vendors. Artists must provide their own white tents (10x10' with closable sides for The Gallery), weights (minimum 160 lbs total per tent), tables, displays, and equipment. The show runs rain or shine, and artists must remain present for the entire duration of the festival.
