About This Call
This 3rd annual event is set at the Emmett County Fairgrounds with indoor spaces and outdoor areas. The event features 10 outdoor spaces and 16 indoor barn stall spaces. There is a $3 general admission charged to the public, with VIP $10 admission that includes parking next to the barn and 2 free glasses of wine or beer. The Community Cocktail Corner will be open with all proceeds supporting Community Lighthouse Food Pantry.
The venue draws from Petoskey, Charlevoix, Bay Harbor, Walloon Lake, Harbor Springs, Gaylord, Traverse City and surrounding areas, attracting an affluent demographic with built-in tourist traffic. Artist amenities include complimentary bottled water, overnight parking available for additional $40, designated indoor artist/vendor bathrooms, coffee and continental breakfast, free vendor parking, and booth sitters. Categories are capped with no more than 25% jewelry.
Booth options include: Indoor art/fine craft space 10' by 10' in the main barn for $250, Indoor Food/Farm/Gourmet Market Stalls 9'7" by 8' for $150, and Outside Lawn 10' by 10' booths for $150. Corner booths and double booth specials are also available. The jury fee is $15 early bird before May 1st, $25 after. Artists are selected through a review by a panel of qualified experts, with the top artists in their categories selected according to skill and quality of work. Setup begins at 6:30 am Saturday, and all work exhibited must be handcrafted and match the quality shown in jury images.
