About This Call
The Tucson Alzheimer's Association presents the first annual ART for ALZ Exhibition, a juried art show and year-end fundraiser supporting the Walk to End Alzheimer's – Tucson. The exhibition will be held at El Conquistador Tucson, A Hilton Resort – Coronado Ballroom, with an opening reception on Sunday, December 14, 2025, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.
Artists are invited to submit up to 6 original works in any medium (painting, photography, sculpture, mixed media, drawing, illustration, printmaking, ceramics, jewelry, glass art, fiber/textile art, and collage). All artwork must be original work created independently by the artist. Submission deadline is November 7, 2025. Jury selection will occur November 8–15, 2025, with artists notified of selection by November 15, 2025.
Entry fee is $40.00 with an additional $15.00 media fee. Work samples should include 1–6 images and up to 1 video. All artwork sales will contribute to the mission, with 50% commission from each sale donated to the Walk to End Alzheimer's – Tucson. Artists should price their artwork accordingly. Shipped artwork must arrive by December 8, 2025; hand-delivered artwork deadline is December 11, 2025. Local artists may pick up work on December 15, 2025, or coordinate with the event manager.
