ART FLOW 2020

ART FLOW 2020 is a juried art exhibition for Louisiana artists only. The exhibition will be held downtown Baton Rouge from March 16 - April 5, 2020, showcasing 2-D and 3-D art by Louisiana artists. The public is invited to view the works and vote for their favorite. Winners will be announced at the Ebb & Flow Festival on April 4 - 5, 2020.

Eligibility is open to artists ages 18 or older residing in or having been born in Louisiana. Art must be original; no reproductions are accepted. Juried prizes include: 1st Place - $5,000, 2nd Place - $2,500, 3rd Place - $1,000, and People's Choice - $2,500. The work will be juried by a panel of national and regional art curators. Entry fee is $35.00, with an additional $10.00 per extra image (maximum 5 images per entry, minimum 3 required).

Accepted works must be ready for gallery installation. Two-dimensional works must be framed or gallery wrapped and finished to museum quality with proper hanging hardware installed. Three-dimensional work must be ready for gallery installation or, if outdoor work, must withstand inclement weather and temperature changes. Maximum wall space available is 10 feet unless otherwise agreed upon. Sculptural submissions are considered on a case-by-case basis but generally should be less than 50 pounds if the artist will not be present for installation. Delivery of accepted works is March 12-13, 2020 (8:00am-5:00pm) to The Gallery at Manship Theatre at Shaw Center for the Arts, 100 Lafayette Street, Baton Rouge, LA 70801. Works must be collected April 8-9, 2020 (12:00pm-5:00pm and 8:00am-5:00pm respectively). A storage fee of $25.00 per day applies to any art left after April 9, 2020. The Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge takes a 33% commission on all works sold.
