Art Fête 2013

Art Fête 2013 is an exhibition hosted by the Burnsville Visual Arts Society. Registration is first come, first serve with a deadline of Monday, March 11th, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. MDT. Two-dimensional artworks are limited to approximately 80-85 pieces. The non-refundable registration/membership fee is $38.00 for one artwork. A jpg image of your artwork is not required but is highly recommended.

Artwork must be dropped off on Sunday, March 17, 2013 (between 12:00 noon and 3:00 pm) at the Burnsville Performing Arts Center, 12600 Nicollet Avenue, Burnsville, MN 55337. Pickup is at the same location on Sunday, April 28th (between 12:00 noon and 3:00 pm). Any original two-dimensional or three-dimensional artwork produced solely by the artist and incorporating any process will be accepted. The following will not be accepted: kits and molds, artwork reproductions, video productions, or artwork previously exhibited in Art Fête. Two-dimensional artwork must have a maximum width of 36" with frame and must be gallery wrapped or framed and ready to hang. Identify your artwork with your name and title on the back or bottom.

Three judges will determine cash awards totaling $1,150.00: 1 Best of Show, 1 Award of Excellence, 1 Award of Merit, and 5 Honorable Mentions. There will also be a cash award of $200.00 for People's Choice. Once registration closes, you will not be able to change artwork, title, price, or artwork statement.
