ART FAIR + Exhibition 2024 | Sí Gallery Austin

Sí Gallery, located in the East Sixth neighborhood of Downtown Austin, is accepting submissions for solo and group exhibitions both in-gallery and online. Exhibition lengths vary from 6 to 12 weeks for in-gallery shows and 3 to 6 months for online exclusives. Featured artists are invited to attend receptions, and a selected few may be invited for recorded artist interviews or panel discussions. Artists selected for exhibition will also be considered for Dab Art Co. gallery representation, which includes priority consideration for future exhibitions, professional consultation, portfolio assistance, marketing and promotional support, and online inventory and website profile.

Submissions must include a minimum of 3 images and a maximum of 20 images, along with a biography and/or artist statement, artist website link, and links to at least one social media platform. All mediums and genres are considered, including painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture, glass, fiber, functional work, digital art, photography, installation, mixed media, and new genres. All work must be original, unsold, and the artist must own the sole copyright. For 2D artwork, pieces must be ready to hang with professional-quality frames, mats, and wiring in good condition. Artists are responsible for round-trip shipping using prepaid UPS or FedEx return labels.

Entry fee is $35 for 3 images, with additional images at $5 each (maximum 20 images). An optional video consultation with the gallery director is available for $100, offering in-depth feedback on submissions, website, social media, biography, and artist statements, with consultation times limited to 1 hour maximum via Zoom. Notifications are generally sent within 2 weeks after the close of each calendar month. Gallery retains a 50% commission on all exhibition sales.
