Art Buckhead Pop-Up Show

Art Buckhead is a curated exhibition of contemporary art held at Park Studios in Atlanta's Buckhead community. The 2nd annual "Art Buckhead - A Pop-Up Show of Exceptional Contemporary Art" invites established, mid-career, and emerging artists to submit original works that demonstrate a unique artist's voice.

Accepted categories include Drawing, Painting, Photography, Printmaking, Assemblage, Collage, Mixed Media, Fiber Art, Sculpture, Ceramics, Pottery, and Wood. Video, film, performance art, and installations are not accepted. All work must be original and wired for hanging (2D work) or displayed on tables (3D work). 2D artwork must have at least one work with a maximum size of 24" x 24", with additional works not exceeding 48" x 48". 3D work is limited to an 18" x 18" base and 36" tall maximum. Entry fee is $35 for up to 3 images, with a $2 media fee for each additional image (up to 10 total). All entries must be for sale; Art Buckhead charges a 35% commission on sales.

Deadline for entry is September 20, 2019. Accepted artists will be notified by September 30, 2019. Shipped artwork must arrive by October 22, 2019. The exhibition runs October 25-26, 2019, with an invite-only preview hour on October 25 from 4-5pm and opening reception from 5-8pm. In-person delivery is available October 25 from 10am-1pm, and unsold work pickup is October 26 from 2-3pm. This is a national call open to all artists over 18 years of age.
