About This Call
The Trout Museum of Art is proud to host the two-day 66th Annual Art at the Park on Saturday, July 25 and Sunday, July 26, 2026. Outdoors in Appleton, Wisconsin's City Park, Art at the Park is a visual art fair visited by more than 20,000 annually. Art at the Park hosts artists presenting high-quality, handmade artwork. In addition to the best in visual art, visitors enjoy original live music entertainment, food and beverages, a young artist marketplace, and interactive art activities.
The fair is open to any and all artists 18 years of age and older working in a visual art media. All work must be the artist's own original design, concept, and execution. Artists are selected by a panel of three guest jurors. Art at the Park has room for approximately 200 10'x10' booths. Applications open November 1, 2025 with a deadline of March 1, 2026. Jury results are announced March 15, 2026, with up to 40 artists potentially waitlisted. The application fee is $30 and booth fees are $350.
Artist awards include Best in Show ($1,000), and category awards of $500 each for Best Painting/Drawing, Best Collage/Paper/Mixed Media/Digital/Printmaking, Best Jewelry, Best Photography, Best Sculpture/Basket/Glass/Metal, Best Woodworking, Best Ceramics, and Best Fiber/Leather/Fashion. A Best Young Artist award of $100 is also given. Media categories include Basketry, Ceramics, Digital Art, Drawing, Fashion, Fiber, Glass, Jewelry, Leather, Metalworks, Mixed Media, Painting, Paper, Photography, Printmaking, Scent Art, Sculpture, and Wood. Artists must be present both Saturday and Sunday, with no exceptions.
