About This Call
This exhibit features the provocative nature of abstract art. Friends of Overland Park Arts select exhibition content. All manner of art is welcome including paintings, photography, mixed media, pastels, sculpture (wall mount, pedestal, and floor standing), jewelry, ceramics, carved wood, and kinetic pieces.
The exhibition runs from August 29 to October 5, 2014 at the Tomahawk Ridge Community Center. Work is showcased and available for audiences to enjoy Monday through Friday 5:30 a.m. - 10 p.m., Saturdays 7 a.m. - 8 p.m., and Sundays 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. The center is staffed and the gallery uses security measures including video surveillance.
Entry deadline is July 28, 2014 at 11:59 p.m. MDT. Entry fee is $10.00. Submit 1-3 images of your work. Eligibility is regional (Kansas).
