About This Call

The first annual Art and Soul of Kaleidoscope Park takes place May 16-18, 2025. This juried arts festival brings together a diverse array of artists showcasing original art in multiple mediums, with artist booths, demonstrations, and activities for kids. The Festival includes art exhibits, artist demonstrations, kids interactive art stations, a community art project, and local musicians providing entertainment throughout the day.

The event begins with an exclusive meet the artist preview night for patrons of the Park on Friday, May 16th from 6-8pm, followed by public art show hours on Saturday and Sunday, May 17th and 18th from 10am-4pm. Artist load-in is Friday 8am-4pm, and load-out is Sunday 4pm-10pm. Application fee is $30.00 with a limit of 2 applications total. Booth fees are $300 for single, $375 for corner, and $500 for double booths based on availability and first-come-first-served basis.

Accepted artists receive access to a private hospitality tent with complimentary refreshments, listing in the official Festival program with full-color thumbnail image, website listing with artist images and links, marketing materials, access to booth sitters for breaks, and a welcome pack including identifying lanyard and badge, welcome letter with site map, booth assignment and signage, and tax filing directions. The Festival is open to individual or co-artists selling their original artwork in various mediums including ceramics, digital art, drawing, fiber, glass, jewelry, metalworks, mixed media, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, upcycled/recycled works, and wood. Participating artists must be present during all public hours and provide their own canopy tent.
