aRT 4 Animals 2022

A call for animal art to benefit animals, artists and appreciators. The Red Bluff Art Gallery supports artists worldwide and has sponsored more than 300 exhibitions, including international touring exhibitions. Selected art will be displayed online with the gallery's established website, social media and collector contacts.

The theme invites artists to show the power of their art to help animals. Artists are encouraged to submit favorite animal art including portraits, wildlife preservation, habitat promotion and more. All fine art mediums are acceptable: painting, printmaking, drawing, mixed media, sculpture and photography. Both professional and amateur artists may enter. Entry requires 1-10 images with a $30 entry fee for the first submission and $10 for each additional entry (maximum 10 entries). All entry fees support administration costs, prizes, the virtual gallery, jurors and the Accidental Animal Rescue Center Sanctuary.

All selected art will be featured and promoted in an online Virtual Gallery. Cash prizes include: first prize $300, second $200, third $100, and fourth $50. Grand Prize winners in each category (Best of Painting, Best of Photography, Best of Sculpture, Best of Textile) receive a 3D Virtual Solo Exhibit with up to 10 art pieces displayed for one full year on the gallery website. Artists retain 100% of proceeds from art sales and receive collector contacts for career development. The exhibition runs October 28, 2022 through January 31, 2023. Jury selection occurs September 28 through October 28, 2022. All entries benefit the Accidental Animal Rescue Center.
