About This Call
The Armonk Outdoor Art Show takes place September 26 & 27, 2026 (Saturday - Sunday, 10am - 5pm, rain or shine) and is consistently ranked among the top shows in the nation based on sales reported to Art Fair Sourcebook and Sunshine Artist Magazine. The beautiful tree-lined venue attracts upscale, informed, art-buying patrons from the surrounding affluent area, including some of America's wealthiest zip codes. The jury carefully selects approximately 160 top artists to exhibit within oils/acrylics/watercolors, mixed media, printmaking/drawing/pastels, sculpture, photography/digital art, wearable art and fine crafts.
Application fee is $40, with booth fees of $500 for a single booth (10'x10') and $1100 for a double booth (10'x20'). Corner booth surcharge is $250. Each booth area is 12'x12' and located on grass. All work must be original, produced by the artist, and signed within the last two years. No AI generated work is allowed. Artists must have a New York State Certificate of Authority for sales tax (8.38% in Westchester County). Setup is Friday, September 25th 12pm-5:30pm and Saturday, September 26th 6:30am-9:00am.
The show features food and drink vendors, a large children's area with free art-based activities, and complimentary transportation of large art purchases to vehicles. Judges evaluate and select artists for awards on Saturday with prize winners announced Sunday morning. This nonprofit fundraising event benefits the North Castle Public Library's two locations. Artists receive complimentary breakfast both mornings, booth sitting assistance, and departure goody bags from friendly volunteers.
