Arizona Wine Country Artists Village Oct 2025

Join us for the third Arizona Wine Country Artists Village art fair, to be held in Old Town Cottonwood, Arizona on Friday, October 10, through Sunday, October 12, 2025, at the Old Town Activity Park located at 187 E. Pima Street. Load-in is Thursday, October 9 after 3:00 PM, or Friday morning after 6 AM. Old Town Cottonwood has reinvented itself as a world-class wine tourism destination with fine-dining restaurants, bakeries, shops, galleries, and ten wine-tasting rooms including Maynard Keenan's new multi-million dollar wine-making/tasting room/restaurant located virtually across Main Street from the event. Only 30 minutes from Sedona and 10 minutes from Jerome, Old Town Cottonwood has become the region's hottest tourism destination. The event is held on a flat, grassy field that was once a baseball field and is city property, only steps from Main Street with adequate parking for hundreds of visitors.

This event is promoted by two exhibiting artists with years of experience setting-up at outdoor art fairs and is structured with both the artist and the attendee in mind. There will be 36 booth spaces available. All applications are processed through Zapplication and must include five photos, four of which represent your work and one of your booth display. Application deadline is September 1, 2025, with payment due September 13, 2025. Application fee is $35. Booth fees are: 10'x10' $300, 10'x15' $450, 10'x20' $600. Sales tax rate for City of Cottonwood, Arizona is 9.850%. All work must be handmade by no more than three people in the artist's studio, with the primary artist present during the entire show. Buy-sell/resale items are prohibited, and absolutely no AI-generated art is permitted.
