About This Call
The Arizona Wine Country Artists Village art fair will be held in Old Town Cottonwood, Arizona on Friday, November 20, through Sunday, November 22, 2026. Load-in is Thursday, November 19, after 3:00 PM, or Friday morning after 6 AM, at the Old Town Activity Park located at 187 E. Pima Street. The event is held on a flat, grassy field and is only steps from Main Street with adequate parking for hundreds of visitors. There will be 36 booth spaces available.
Old Town Cottonwood is located 30 minutes from Sedona and 10 minutes from Jerome, and features fine-dining restaurants, bakeries, shops, galleries, and ten wine-tasting rooms. Art that may appeal to tourists is strongly suggested. All applications are processed through Zapplication and must include five photos: four representing your work and one of your booth display. The application fee is $25, with booth fees of $300 for 10'x10', $450 for 10'x15', and $600 for 10'x20'. Payment is due October 10, 2026.
All work must be handmade by no more than three people in the artist's studio, and the primary artist must be present during the entire show. Buy-sell/resale items, personal care products, home improvement items, travel goods, food, and beverages are prohibited. Absolutely no AI-generated art is permitted. Applications go through a blind jury process, and all decisions are final. A valid City of Cottonwood business license is required. The event is rain or shine with no electricity available. No fuel-powered generators, space heaters, open flames, or vehicles on the grass are permitted. Artists must adhere to a good neighbor policy showing respect and courtesy to booth neighbors.
