Archive: Works About Moments, Memory & the Past

Artlink Contemporary Gallery is accepting submissions for Archive, a juried group exhibition exploring themes of moments, memories, and the past. All art mediums are eligible, including painting, drawing, sculpture, video, collage, fiber, ceramics, photography, and mixed media. Artists must be 18+ years of age and reside within the United States to enter.

Submission Requirements: Entry fee is $12 per entry, with up to 10 entries accepted. Work samples may include up to 10 images, 6 audio files, and 6 video files (minimum 1 total sample required). Size limit is 52". Entry deadline is June 16, 2025 at 11:59pm MT. Jury notifications will be sent after June 23, 2025.

IF ACCEPTED: Artwork drop-off/delivery deadline is July 20, 2025. The exhibition runs July 31 - August 24, 2025. All works must be professionally presented and ready for installation upon delivery. Framed artwork must be ready to hang with wire (no saw-tooth hangers). Identification labels with artist name and title should be attached to the back of the work. Artwork sales are subject to a 35% sales fee, with checks mailed to artists following the close of the exhibition. Artwork will be insured during exhibition; however, Artlink is not liable for damage or loss in transit. Artwork will be shipped back within 30 days of close. Hand-delivery is accepted during gallery hours: Thursday 10am-8pm, Friday/Saturday 10am-6pm, and Sunday 12-5pm. Shipped artwork must be sent via UPS, FedEx, or USPS with a return shipping label and must arrive by July 20, 2025. Shipped work must be framed with plexiglass (no glass permitted).
