Ann Arbor Summer Art Fair 2026 - 57th Annual

The 57th Annual Ann Arbor Summer Art Fair takes place July 16-18, 2026, and is one of three official partner fairs that comprise the award-winning Ann Arbor Art Fair, attended by close to 400,000 people each year. Produced by The Guild of Artists & Artisans, a 501(c)3 non-profit membership association founded in 1973, the fair is located on Main Street in the heart of Ann Arbor as well as Liberty, State and South University Streets, stretching from downtown to the University of Michigan campus. Each artist is juried through The Guild's rigorous standards process, which ensures exceptional creativity and technical skill.

The fair features over $5,000 in artist awards, with $4,000,000 reported in artist sales in 2025. Artists receive a one-year Guild membership with their application, and The Guild allows up to 20% reproductions in booths to increase sales and make art accessible to everyone. The event includes professional overnight security, artist parking through PCI, booth sitters for needed breaks, artist hospitality with continental breakfast and refreshments, water delivery, artist happy hour and awards ceremony, and a booth pod system ensuring one corner open for every booth with at least 8' between pods.

Application requirements include 5 images (4 work images and 1 booth shot), with application fees of $50 for non-Guild members (includes annual membership) and free for Guild members in good standing. Applications are due by midnight EST on February 16, 2026, with late applications subject to a $25 fee. Artists in fine art and fine craft disciplines are invited to apply, and electricity is generally available in most locations.
