Animal Kingdom

Animal Kingdom is an online-only exhibition with the theme "Animals, in all their shapes and sizes." Artists are invited to submit work exploring how animals connect to their lives, whether depicting domestic pets, wild animals in nature, or personal experiences with animals. All fine art mediums are eligible, including painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, textiles, knitting, collage, and mixed media (video is not eligible).

Entry deadline is April 21, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. MDT. The entry fee is $20 for the first entry and $5 for each additional entry, up to a maximum of 20 images. Work samples must be submitted as JPEG or JPG files with a minimum size of 1,200 pixels on the longest side and maximum file size of 5 MB. Artists may submit 1-20 images total. This call is open to all artists worldwide, both amateur and professional. Work that is copied or done under the guidance of an instructor is not eligible.

Winners will be notified by May 1, 2023. Awards include first place $300, second place $200, and third place $100. The online gallery will remain live for five years. All sales inquiries will be directed to the artist.
