America the Bountiful - Photography Show 2026

Coastal Arts League presents a juried photography show themed "America the Bountiful," running October 1 – November 2, 2026, at 300 Main St. Half Moon Bay, CA 94019. Photography submissions can be printed on a variety of surfaces. The show is open to regional artists, 18 years and older, living in the SF Bay Area. Submissions must be original work, hand-delivered by September 28 (Noon - 4 pm), and picked up on November 2 (Noon - 4 pm). A reception will be held October 3, 1 - 4 pm. All exhibited work must be for sale and not recently displayed in this gallery.

Entry fees are $45 for members and $55 for non-members for the first entry, plus $5 for each additional entry up to 3 total. Three Merit Awards will be given: $150, $100, and $50. Artwork must be gallery ready with hanging wire (2" slack preferred) or professionally installed cleats for metal work. 2-D artwork cannot exceed 36" in width. Gallery wrapped canvas must be minimum 1" in depth. Framed pieces larger than 24 x 30" must use plexiglass. Contact Jane Lewis at [email protected] for larger sizes or pedestal requirements.

Accepted artists should bring an 8.5 x 11" page with artist statement and contact details on white paper for the Book of Artists. Coastal Arts League collects sales tax and retains a 30% commission, with 70% of the purchase price remitted to the artist at show close. The gallery accepts no liability for loss or damage. File submissions must be JPG format, 1,200 pixels or greater on the longest side, no larger than 3 MB, sRGB color profile, high quality and in sharp focus. Images of 2D art should include only the artwork without frame.
