All Media 2023

The annual juried All Media exhibition showcases artwork from Southern California artists ages 18 and older working across all visual creative disciplines including painting, photography, printmaking, drawing, mixed media, sculpture, ceramics, craft, installation, video, fiber, and digital media. This year's exhibition is guest juried by art historian and curator Gabriela Urtiaga, Chief Curator of the Museum of Latin American Art (MOLAA) in Long Beach, California, and the XIV Curitiba Biennial, Brazil. Monetary awards are given to artists whose outstanding submissions are selected by the invited guest juror.

Applications are open March 10–April 30. The exhibition is open to all visual artists residing in Southern California ages 18 and older. All entries must be original, not previously shown at the Irvine Fine Arts Center, and made within the past two years. Artists may submit up to six entries at $20 for the first entry and $12 for each additional entry. Work samples may include up to 6 images and/or 6 videos (minimum 1 total sample required).

Notifications will be sent the week of May 22. Artwork delivery is June 12–17, with exhibition dates July 8–September 30. Loan agreements for accepted artwork are due Friday, June 9. Artwork pick-up is October 9–14. The Irvine Fine Arts Center will retain 25% commission on any work sold during the exhibition. Artists are responsible for shipping costs and insurance. Work over 60 lbs. must be handled by the artist during installation and removal.
