All Media 2021

The exhibition is open to all visual artists ages 18 and over residing in Southern California. Eligible media includes painting, photography, printmaking, drawing, mixed media, sculpture, ceramics, craft, installation, video, and digital art. Artwork must be original, not previously shown at the Irvine Fine Arts Center, and made within the past two years. Maximum length of any work should not exceed 10 feet.

Entry fee is $20.00 with a $12.00 media fee. Applicants must submit 1–6 work samples (images and/or video files). The application deadline is April 30 at 10:30 p.m. PST. Jury notifications will be sent the week of May 17. Exhibition dates are July 12–September 18. Artwork delivery is June 14–19, with loan agreements due by Friday, June 11. Artwork pick-up is September 22–25, 10 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Awards will be selected by the juror from accepted entries: First Place $600, Second Place $400, Third Place $300, and three Honorable Mentions of $150 each. The Irvine Fine Arts Center retains 25% commission on any work sold during the exhibition. All selected artists must submit a signed city loan agreement before artwork can be received. Artworks must be on view for the duration of the exhibition. Entry fees are non-refundable. The Irvine Fine Arts Center assumes no insurance liability for damage, theft, or loss during delivery or pick-up; insurance coverage applies only during the exhibition.
