All in the Family: An All-Inclusive Digital Exhibit

All in the Family: An All-Inclusive Digital Exhibit, presented by Cotuit Center for the Arts in Cape Cod, MA, invites artists to explore diverse definitions of family. The call seeks artistic representations of family in all its forms—including parents and children, blood relations, friends, co-workers, classmates, LGBTQIA+ housemates, and kindred spirits. As Buddha stated, "A family is a place where minds come in contact with one another." Whatever your definition of family, submissions are welcome.

This is a digital-only exhibit that will be displayed in the Gallery at Cotuit Center for the Arts (4404 Falmouth Road, Cotuit, MA 02635), on the website artsonthecape.org, and on social media. The exhibit runs from August 14 to October 2, 2021, with an opening reception on Saturday, August 21, 2021 from 3pm to 5pm. Submissions are accepted from June 18 to July 15, 2021. Both 2D and 3D work are accepted from professional and amateur artists. Entry fee is $25 for the first image and $5 for each additional image, up to a maximum of 6 images. Prizes include $300 for first prize and two $150 Juror Choice awards. Artists will be notified of acceptance by August 4, 2021. International submissions are encouraged. All selected images may be identified as for sale by the artist, with Cotuit Center for the Arts referring interested buyers directly to the artist.
