All Abstract - 2022

All Abstract is a visual art exhibition comprised entirely of abstract works (non-representational). This physical exhibition will be held at 311 Gallery in Downtown Raleigh, North Carolina from March 4-26, 2022, with an opening reception on March 4. All United States artists are eligible.

The exhibition accepts both 2D and 3D abstract works of all mediums including painting, photography, printmaking, mixed media, and sculpture. Audio and video submissions are not accepted. Works must be for sale and should not exceed 72 inches in any dimension. Works will be accepted on a piece-by-piece basis due to space limitations. 2D artworks must hang by wire or other acceptable means. 3D works must be able to stand with no or minimal assistance, or come with necessary display items; the gallery provides pedestals and tables for free-standing works.

Entry deadline is 11:59 p.m. MST on February 7, 2022. Entry fee is $25 for the first two works and $5 per additional work, up to 4 total. Submit 2-5 JPEG images (minimum 2, maximum 5). For 3D work requiring multiple perspective images, email additional JPEGs to [email protected] with "All Abstract - 3D Submission" in the subject line. Artists will be notified of acceptance status approximately 3-5 days after the deadline. If accepted, works must be shipped or hand-delivered to the gallery by February 26, 2022 at 4 p.m. Drop-off/mail-in dates are February 17-18, 24-26 (Thursday/Friday 12-4 p.m.) and February 19, 26 (Saturday 12-4 p.m.). Cash prizes are awarded for Best in Show: $300, $200, and $100. Commission rate is 60% artist, 40% gallery. Payments for sold work will be mailed approximately 30 days after the date of sale.
