All About Women 2023

All About Women 2023 is an online exhibition open to all artists age 18 and over, regardless of gender. Artists are invited to submit artwork about women and their lives, past, present and future, and the issues that concern them. The exhibition accepts painting, photography, sculpture, printmaking, mixed media, fiber art, ceramics, and all types of fine art crafts (no film or video). The show will be presented as an online presentation in the MSA Virtual Gallery, which will include the price and contact information of the artist, and as a video version on YouTube that will remain available after the show closes.

Entry deadline is July 17, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time. Digital entries must be submitted via the CaFE application. Entry fees are $35 for three pieces (non-members) or $30 for three pieces (MSA members), with an additional $7 fee for each additional piece up to ten total. Artists may submit 3-10 images in JPG or JPEG format, minimum 1200 pixels on the longest side, under 5 MB. Notification of acceptance will be by email by July 25, 2023. The exhibition runs August 1 through September 30, 2023. A virtual Zoom reception will be held on Sunday, August 13 at 5 p.m. Pacific Time.

Juror is Lori Austin, a gallerist with over 30 years of experience. Awards include First Prize $500, Second Prize $300, Third Prize $100, and several non-monetary Honorable Mention awards at the juror's discretion. No more than 2 works by an artist will be included in the final selection. Artwork previously shown in an MSA exhibition will not be accepted.
