All About Women

All About Women is a national juried fine arts online exhibition presented by the Marin Society of Artists (MSA), a non-profit artist organization since 1927 dedicated to promoting the arts and providing a broad array of arts opportunities.

The call invites artists to submit artwork of or about women and their lives, past, present or future. Open to all artists regardless of gender, age 18 and over. Accepted media includes painting, photography, sculpture, printmaking, mixed media, art of the book, fiber art, fine art crafts, and ceramics. Video, film, and installations are not accepted. Artists may submit up to 10 original works not previously shown in a Marin Society of Artists juried exhibition. No more than 2 works by any one artist will be included in the final juried selection.

Entry fees: Non-members $35 for 3 entries, $7 for each additional entry up to 10 pieces. MSA members $30 for 3 entries, $7 for each additional entry up to 10 pieces. Digital entries must be submitted by Thursday, August 12, 2021 before 11:59pm Mountain Time. Notification of acceptance will be by email by Monday, August 23, 2021. The online gallery show runs August 28 – October 28, 2021, with a Zoom reception on Sunday, September 12 at 5pm PST. Jurors are Josh Paquette and Josh Otten from the J. Willott Gallery in Palm Desert, California. Awards: First Prize $500, Second Prize $300, Third Prize $100, and several non-monetary Honorable Mention awards at the jurors' discretion. If work is offered for sale, the artist's contact information will be posted with their artwork, and 100% of sales go to the artist with no commission to MSA. Digital image requirements: JPG or JPEG format, 1200 pixels or greater on the longest side, under 5 MB.
