All About Photo Award - The Mind's Eye

All About Photo Awards invites photographers from around the world to submit work for The Mind's Eye competition. Open to professional and amateur photographers of all ages internationally, the competition seeks to unfold visual emotions and explore the depth and thoughts behind each image.

Participants may submit 3 to 20 images. Entry fee is $30 for 3 images, with $5 for each additional image. Images must be no smaller than 1920 pixels and no larger than 5MB, in JPEG format, and saved in RGB. There is no theme; photographers are free to submit work based on their intuition.

Winners will receive cash awards totaling $20,000: $10,000 for first place, $5,000 for second, $2,500 for third, $1,500 for fourth, and $1,000 for fifth. All five prize winners will have their work showcased at Jules Maeght Gallery in San Francisco in May 2016 and displayed in the Winners Gallery at www.all-about-photo.com. A selection of additional entrants of particular merit will also be invited to display work online. Winners will be notified by email around March 15, 2016, with winning images available online after March 31, 2016.

For the gallery exhibition, prize winners must send prints during April 2016. Photographs must be signed by the artist and no larger than 30 inches in either height or width. All About Photo will handle matting and framing. All work accepted for exhibition must be for sale, with Jules Maeght Gallery retaining a 50% commission on sales. Unsold prints will be returned to the artist without framing. Photographers retain full copyright of their work and are responsible for paying any applicable taxes.
