Alabama Strawberry Festival 2025

The Alabama Strawberry Festival is expanding to a two-day event on April 25 & 26, 2025, featuring sweet treats, musical acts, family-friendly entertainment, and fresh strawberries. The festival seeks fun and unique vendors to enhance the experience, with priority given to those with quality products within the strawberry theme. No informational companies will be accepted, and only one vendor per multi-level marketing company will be accepted with prior email approval.

Applications require 3 sample photographs of products, a booth shot, and a $20 non-refundable application fee. The jury process runs February 24-25, 2025, with notifications sent February 26. Accepted vendors must confirm participation and purchase their booth by March 5, 2025. The $275 booth fee includes a 10x10 white tent with sidewalls, and electricity is available for an additional $20 with limited availability.

Vendor hours are Friday and Saturday 10am-9pm, with check-in and setup on Thursday, April 24. Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and lights, handle their own sales and sales tax collection, and carry liability insurance. Booth fee refunds are available only for written cancellations received before 5 p.m. on April 1, 2025.
