After Dark IV - A National Juried Gallery Exhibition

After Dark IV is a national juried gallery exhibition open to all US-based artists 18 years and older. The entry fee is $40.00, with an additional $10.00 media fee for each image beyond the first four. Artists must submit 4-8 images of their work.

Accepted media include painting, drawing, printmaking, photography, sculpture, mixed media, glass, fiber arts, and assemblage. Giclees are only accepted in photography. All photography prints (except Polaroid, platinum, and albumen) must have a minimum image size of 8 x 10". Two-dimensional pieces are limited to 52" width and 72" height with framing. Three-dimensional pieces are limited to 32" width/depth and 72" height. All works must be ready to hang or display, with glazed works requiring plexiglass. All accepted works must be for sale and remain in the gallery for the duration of the exhibition.

The exhibition will be supported by a professionally printed invitation with national mailer to the gallery's collectors, email announcement, website presence for selected artists, regional and national press coverage, an opening reception, gallery sales staff, and exposure to prominent figures, collectors, curators, and publishers in the visual arts. Jurors include Greg Escalante (co-founder of JUXTAPOZ magazine and owner of Copro Gallery), Joe Buffalo Nickels (artist and co-producer of the Recycle Santa Fe Art Festival), and Greg Moon (owner of Greg Moon Art Gallery). The opening reception is June 6, 5-7PM, with the exhibition running June 6-27. Accepted works must be received May 27-June 2, with pick-up/return June 29-July 3.
