Affordable Arts Festival 2026

The Affordable Arts Festival takes place August 30, 2026 on the campus of Arapahoe Community College in Littleton, Colorado. This competitive juried event invites professional and emerging artists to participate in a consumer-friendly festival where all artwork is priced at $150 or less. The festival will host approximately 170 artists. Proceeds benefit the Foundation at Arapahoe Community College for student scholarships. Since its inception, the festival has raised over $360,000 for the Foundation.

Artists must submit five color digital images via the application: four showing individual pieces representative of their work and one displaying their booth setup. Work must be original artwork created and produced by the artist, including limited and unlimited edition prints. All two-dimensional work must be framed, matted, or stretched. Ceramic works must be handmade, and only artists accepted in the jewelry category may display and sell jewelry. Artists must be present to exhibit and provide a picture ID at check-in. Booth spaces are 15' wide by 10' deep with 5' of storage behind. Single booth fee is $350; double booth (30' wide) is $700. Corner booths have an additional $125 fee. All exhibitor tents must be white.

Application deadline is May 27, 2026. Jurying occurs June 4, 2026, with acceptance notification June 5, 2026. Booth fees are due June 21, 2026. Setup begins Saturday, August 29 at 10AM, with additional setup available Sunday morning from 5AM to 9AM. The festival runs Sunday, August 30 from 9AM to 3PM. Artists may cancel by August 3 for a 100% refund minus fees if the festival takes place as planned. Cancellations after August 3 receive no refund if the festival occurs.
