Adventures in Color Photography Competition

Lioncourt Gallery presents the Adventures in Color Photography Competition, open to photographers of all levels worldwide. The theme is open, but all content must be in color and family-friendly (no nudity or profanity). Entry fee is $30 for up to four photos.

Cash awards include $200 for Best of Show Champion and $100 for Reserve Champion. Selected Honorable Mentions will earn free entries into future calls. All accepted and juried works will be displayed in the online gallery. Entry period runs from November 18, 2024 to July 18, 2025, with jury selection on July 19-20, 2025 and notifications on July 20, 2025. The gallery opens the week of July 20, 2025.

All images must be in JPG format, minimum 1200 pixels on the longest side, and up to 5MB in file size. Each work must have a title other than "untitled." No signatures, borders, watermarks, or artist logos may appear on the work. AI-generated work will not be accepted. Minor editing such as filters, cropping, and color corrections are permitted. All entries must be original work by the artist. Works previously submitted to Lioncourt Gallery competitions are eligible if they meet all other criteria. Accepted entries and winners will be selected by the gallery's private slate of jurors. Cash prize winners will be contacted to verify PayPal address, with payment sent within two weeks of the close of entries.
