Abstract Sanctuary (7th Annual)

Abstract Sanctuary (7th Annual) is a group exhibition at Verum Ultimum Art Gallery in Portland, Oregon. The competition is open to all 2D and 3D artists, national and international, working in painting, drawing, photography, graphics, digital, and sculpture. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Wall-mounted works must not exceed 60" in height or width.

The entry fee is $35.00 for one to three artworks, submitted as digital JPG image files. Submissions must include a minimum of 1 and maximum of 3 images. The submission deadline is February 8, 2020. Artists will be notified of acceptance or non-acceptance via email in early March 2020. Accepted artwork must be received by March 20, 2020. An artwork drop-off day for live delivery to the gallery will be announced (contact [email protected] for hand delivery arrangements).

Selected artists will be featured in a group exhibition opening in April 2020 and running through early May. An opening reception will be held in April 2020. The exhibition will be posted on the Verum Ultimum Gallery website, and one artist may be featured in an online blog post interview. All works in the show must be for sale, with the gallery taking a 40 percent commission on sales. Sale price is determined by the artist. Artists retain all copyrights to their work. Verum Ultimum Gallery may use selected images on printed materials and the gallery website for promotional purposes only.
