Abstract Sanctuary (2nd Annual)

Abstract Sanctuary (2nd Annual) is a group exhibition at Verum Ultimum Art Gallery in Portland, Oregon. The competition is open to all 2D and 3D artists, national and international, working in painting, drawing, photography, graphics, digital, and sculpture. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Wall-mounted works must not exceed 60" in height or width.

Submit 1-3 digital JPG images of your work with a $35.00 entry fee. The submission deadline is January 12, 2015 at 11:59 p.m. MST. Artists will be notified of acceptance by January 18, 2015 via email. Accepted artwork must be received by February 1, 2015 and can be mailed to: Verum Ultimum, c/o Administrator JG Cutshall, 7103 SE Holgate Blvd, Portland, OR 97206. Alternatively, artwork can be hand-delivered to the gallery at 3014 NE Ainsworth, Portland, OR (email [email protected] first to arrange).

The exhibition runs February 21 through March 14, 2015, with an opening reception on February 21st. Selected work will also be featured on the Verum Ultimum Gallery website, and one artist will be featured in an online blog post interview. All works in the show must be for sale. The gallery takes a 35 percent commission on all sales, with the artist determining the sale price. Artists retain all copyrights to their work.
