Abstract Catalyst Exhibition

Abstract Catalyst is a group exhibition at Verum Ultimum Art Gallery in Portland, Oregon. The exhibition opens September 26, 2015 and runs through October 20, 2015, with an opening reception. The exhibition will also be posted on the Verum Ultimum Gallery website.

The competition is open to all 2D and 3D artists, national and international, working in all forms of painting, drawing, photography, graphics, digital, and sculpture. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Wall-mounted works must not be taller than 60" and no wider than 60". The entry fee is $35.00 for one to three artworks, submitted as digital JPG image files. Payments can be made by credit card through CAFE, or by check or money order payable to Verum Ultimum.

Selected artists will be notified by email no later than August 25, 2015. Accepted artwork must be mailed to Verum Ultimum, c/o Administrator JG Cutshall, 7103 SE Holgate Blvd, Portland, OR 97206 and must be received no later than September 16, 2015. Alternatively, accepted artwork can be hand-delivered to the gallery at 3014 NE Ainsworth, Portland, OR (email [email protected] first). All works in the show must be for sale. The gallery will take a 35 percent commission on all sales, with sale price determined by the artist. Artists retain all copyrights to their work. Verum Ultimum Gallery retains rights to use selected images on printed materials and the gallery website for promotional purposes only.
