About This Call
Abstract Catalyst (5th Annual) is a group exhibition at Verum Ultimum Art Gallery in Portland, Oregon. The competition is open to all 2D and 3D artists, national and international, working in painting, drawing, photography, graphics, digital, and sculpture. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Wall-mounted works must not exceed 60" in height or width.
Submit 1-3 JPG images of your work with a $35.00 entry fee. The submission deadline is July 15, 2018. Artists will be notified of acceptance by July 25, 2018 via email. Accepted artwork should be mailed to Verum Ultimum, 3014 NE Ainsworth, Portland, OR 97211, or hand-delivered by arrangement (email [email protected] first). An opening reception is scheduled for August 25th, with exhibition dates to be announced.
All works in the exhibition must be for sale. The gallery takes a 40% commission on sales. Artists retain all copyrights to their work. By entering, selected artists grant Verum Ultimum Gallery rights to use images for promotional purposes on printed materials and the gallery website only.
